| Of the literally thousands of auctions I’ve sold, benefit fundraising events are without doubt the most enjoyable and rewarding. Raising money for a worthy cause challenges my expertise in the fundraising arena to sell each item to its fullest potential and I have a really good time in the process. |

Thank you so much for doing an incredible job at our auction! Through your skillful use of humor, coaxing and motivation, you made the live auction and special appeal successful beyond our expectations. Plus, the audience enjoyed your energetic entertaining style! Thanks again, Amanda |

| Dear Adam,
Thank you so much for working with us, especially on such short notice. Everyone loved the live auction and thought you were great! The live auction netted $XX,000, a thrill for the committee. We’ll be in touch as soon as we have a date for next year! With appreciation, Laurel |

| Hi Adam,
Thank you for doing such a wonderful job at our event last night! You rocked! and we are so glad you were part of it all. If this event happens next year (and it should), we will definitely hire you back on! Thanks again! Allison Development Associate/Financial Manager |
| Adam,
I just wanted to tell you again how pleased we were with your auctioneering last month. As you may know, the live auction was a bit of an experiment for us, especially given the large, odd-shaped atrium and the fairly undesirable acoustics. Thanks to your expertise, the crowd stayed engaged and we were able accomplish our goal of having a successful live auction. Gary Corbett was right on target when he recommended that I call you! Based on this positive experience, I'm fairly certain that we'll do a repeat performance of the live auction in 2008. We'll be in touch as the date gets closer, but I'd love for you to pencil us in for a return. Best wishes for a happy holiday season. Regards, Karin Special Events Coordinator |
| Adam, Thank you again for your services, you were a big hit and everyone really enjoyed having you! I look forward to hearing from you soon, Shannon Membership Coordinator |
| Hi Adam,

| Hello, my name is Adam Kevil and I’m one of the lucky people. Why? Because I love my job. When I started my career as an auctioneer, over twenty years ago, I had no idea just how much I would enjoy doing it. I did know that I wanted to give auctioneering a try and hoped that I would be successful at it. I soon found that I was born to do this. From that time, improving as an affective auction marketer became a passion for me which has continued to this day. I hadn’t heard the quote, at the top of this page until I had been auctioneering for almost two decades. When it did catch my eye I realized that I had followed these instructions to the letter. |
